Son was born , he was smart and brought a lot of happiness and prosperity into the household and everyone lived happily together for 15 years after which the impending death brought concern , on being enquired , they told the son that he would live only one more year.The son immediately went and embraced the shivalinga and started a fierce penance.On the death day , Yaman appeared.As Yaman would not touch the shivalinga , he formed a loop and threw it at the son.The loop entangled over the shivalinga as well and Yaman pulled hard.Shiva got angry and Yaman was destroyed. Later , there was no death and the earth flooded with frogs and other animals and then a second yaman was created. While my grandpa was telling me this story , I tried to record this on my mobile in a slightly candid manner so that the authenticity of his amazing narration is not lost.Grandpa is a wonderful story teller , narrates the story , highlighting the relevant sections , holding all the threads of the story in full control and at the same time delivers dialogues with appropriate expressions.Grandpa is also there to laugh with me as the stories take interesting turns.It is really a wonderful experience.
